Grace Organic Farms in Sierra Leone embarked on an exciting journey with our support, commencing with start-up planning and the development of a detailed business plan. Our team guided the implementation of the business plan and strategy, ensuring a solid foundation for the farm's growth. We also oversaw the recruitment and training of both general and technical farm staff, equipping them with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

Furthermore, we assisted in developing financial and pricing strategies, enabling the farm to make informed decisions and maximize profitability. A marketing plan was crafted and implemented, effectively promoting the farm's products and services. Additionally, we are currently supporting Grace Organic Farm in developing grant applications to secure funding and further drive the farm's success. Liberia Crusaders for Peace, a renowned NGO, collaborated with us as a trusted project implementation partner on several impactful initiatives. Holland Insurance in Ghana partnered with Talentia Africa to enhance the capabilities of their leadership team, with a focus on strategic staff training for department heads and level 2 management.
